From REGAL-UQAC, Pr. László I. Kiss and his student Lukas Dion received the award “Aluminium Reduction Technology Award 2014” for their article “Developing a New Process Indicator Based on the Relationship Between an Electrolysis Cell Impurity Balance and Its Incidents”. This award rewards individual excellence for papers presented at the previous edition of the congress.

Researchers Dany Lavoie and Jean-Paul Arvisais from Aluminerie Alouette are also authors on this article.
