NSERC’s Direction, following the positive reviewers’ comments and the Advisory Committee on university-industry partnerships, announced the renewal of the Industrial Research Chair NSERC/Alcoa of Prof. Mario Fafard as well as the granting of a NSERC grant Search and cooperative development with Alcoa, led by Prof. Houshang Alamdari involving Professors Louis Gosselin and Mario Fafard. Grant amounts are respectively a total of 2.5 million and 2.1 million for the period 2015-2020.
